Join Looking Ahead Clinical Services this summer to have fun, learn new skills, and meet others! Our groups are overseen by Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBA (Ont). New for summer 2025, a psychotherapist (qualifying) will also be co-facilitating two groups. Families are encouraged to check with their private insurance providers for potential coverage of these groups.

This group is for learners preparing to transition into more structured academic settings (grade 1 and beyond). Focusing on early reading skills, following group instruction, sitting and attending, and building the foundations for desk-based learning. Through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, this group supports learners in gaining confidence and readiness for academic routines.

In this fun and interactive group, kids learn and practice social skills with peers through games, group activities, and team challenges. They work together with a focus on real-time communication and personalized goals, each child gets the support they need to grow socially while building friendships in a supportive environment. Children in this group should enjoy physical activity.

This group supports social development through fun and engaging games and activities, with a focus on structured socialization with structured activities. Learners are provided with prompts and guidance to help them practice key social skills in a supportive setting—building confidence before transitioning to more natural, unstructured interactions with peers.

Designed specifically for children who are newly diagnosed or waiting for funding and services, this caregiver-child group offers foundational ABA-based early intervention. A therapist will lead skill instruction, while caregivers actively practice and generalize these skills during sessions with guidance from our team. The program includes three dedicated 2-hour parent training sessions
