Our Team

Our team provides individualized supports to meet individual and family goals; we partner with you and your family to build skills and honour your strengths and individuality. Supports are person-centred and include choice and flexibility. Services are offered in your home, community, or our centre.
Looking Ahead Clinical Services provides quality evidence-based supports, delivered by trained providers. Our clinical supervisors and directors are experienced  in the field of ABA to provide quality support and supervision across our services. Each client has an assigned team that includes a Registered Behaviour Analyst (of The College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario) and/or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst®  (BCBA and BCBA-D) who are involved in every aspect of their treatment plan. Combined, Looking Ahead Clinical Services has 9 Registered Behaviour Analysts (Ont.) that work with our team.  All services are overseen by a Clinical Supervisor and approved Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Provider.

Clinical Directors

Carmen Hall, PhD, BCBA-D, RBA (Ont.)

Carmen is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst – Doctoral level, Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.), and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She has had extensive experience in both educational and clinical settings. She was the coordinator of the Autism & Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate Program at Fanshawe College for 14 years and currently is an Assistant Professor (Limited term) at Western University in the Masters of Professional Education (ABA) program. Her work has focused on peer-mediated social skills, technology integration in education, early intervention, and teaching independent life skills to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Jocelyn Prosser, M.Ed., BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Jocelyn is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.), and the Coordinator of the Autism Behaviour Science Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. She has spent many years working with children and their families in Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) programming. More recently, her work with Applied Behaviour Analysis has evolved to support the development of youth, teens and adults with various developmental disabilities. She is passionate about helping individuals and their families achieve goals that are important to them and enjoys sharing in their successes!

Clinical Supervisors

Allison Groot, M. ADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Allison holds a Masters degree in Applied Disability Studies and is a BCBA and Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.). She has worked for many years providing service in ABA programming to children and their families in intensive behaviour intervention (IBI). As of more recent, her work has involved individual and group-based programming in the adult population for those with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Also recently, in the virtual space developing and facilitating STEM summer camps to a wide variety of youth and adolescents.

Adrienne Van Aaken, M. ADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Adrienne is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) and BCBA. She has worked both as an instructor and senior therapist offering ABA and IBI based services for children and adolescents with disabilities in both individual and group settings. Recently, she has adapted services to be able to offer group programming on an online platform. Adrienne is passionate about working with the clients she supports and their families while helping them to achieve their goals.

Stacey Hengeveld, MSc, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Stacey has worked extensively in Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) with young children with ASD. She holds a Masters in Science and Psychology from Purdue University and is a BCBA and Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.). She has worked for various agencies with children with ASD in both individual and group settings. She has passion for group interventions with this population.

Behaviour Analysts

Allison Pym, MPEd, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Allison has been working in the field of ABA with youth with developmental disabilities since 2020. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, both from Western University, and a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from Fanshawe College. She is passionate about connecting with her clients, building meaningful relationships, and supporting individuals and their families to reach their goals.

Megan Watson, M. ADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Megan has worked in the public school system for close to 10 years, supporting students of all ages with a wide variety of abilities. Recently, Megan has shifted her focus to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and is excited to continue this work at Looking Ahead. In addition, Megan is a trainer with Behaviour Management Systems Training and a professor in the Developmental Services Worker program at Fanshawe College.

Adriana Beukeboom, MPEd, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)

Adriana has a background in child and youth studies and a Masters in Professional Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Western University. As a Behaviour Analyst, she has experience working in group home, school, and home settings with a variety of ages of youth. Adriana is passionate about creating a fun learning environment for her clients.

Christine A., ECE, ABS

Christine has previously gained work experience as an Early Childhood Educator, Supervisor, and Resource Teacher. Currently, she is working on completing her Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology. Christine serves clients and families in the Sarnia/Lambton area as well as in London. She is bilingual French/English. “I believe that learning is lifelong journey. I am passionate about creating relationships that nurture each person’s learning potential!”

Medina C., MSc

Medina has a passion for disability studies and has worked with a number of children, youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Disability Studies and Sociology at Western University, the Autism & Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate, and a Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Purdue University.

Lauren O., BA

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences from Humber College. With a background in group living and classroom settings, providing behavioural supports is something Lauren is excited about. Lauren enjoys working with both adults and children of all ages focusing on every client’s personal strengths. She prioritizes finding each client’s motivators to create a fun and reinforcing learning environment.

Alexis S.

Lexi is a third-year student at Western University. She is pursuing a double major degree in Health Sciences and Psychology. Her passion for working with children has motivated her to pursue a career in Speech Pathology. Lexi is committed to her clients and their families. She is recognized for teaching through play and creating a fun, safe and engaging learning environment for all her clients.

Joan A., MEd, MBA, ABS

Joan has experience working with children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities. She has a background in Psychology and Special Education in the Philippines and has a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science. Joan believes that if an individual learns slowly and differently, it is still learning. She makes sure that each skill building session is exciting, enjoyable, and fun so learning can take place.

Deborah N., BA

Deborah has a background in psychology and brings two years of experience working in both education and wellness, supporting children and individuals with diverse needs. She has worked as an Early Childhood Educator and Educational Assistant, as well as in the mental health field, where she helped individuals navigate challenges and access meaningful support. Deborah takes a kind and empathetic approach in all her work, creating a safe and welcoming space for those she supports. She’s also fluent in French and Kinyarwanda, allowing her to connect with a wide range of individuals and communities.

Rawan A., RECE, ABS

Rawan started her career as an early childhood educator (RECE). Her passion to support individuals with developmental disabilities led her to achieve an Autism and Behavioral Sciences Graduate Certificate. Rawan strives to explore her clients’ hidden gems and make them flourish within their environment. She looks forward to building authentic relationships with her clients and their families.

Israa I., BA

Israa is a recent psychology graduate from Western University, with a unique research focus on the inclusion of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in informal education settings. Her passion lies in working with young children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds to support them in reaching their milestones while making therapy sessions enjoyable and engaging, ensuring they have fun while learning new skills.

John V., MSc

John has been working as an instructor for children and youth with developmental disabilities since 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. He is passionate about supporting clients in achieving their goals and fostering a fun learning environment.

Jordyn M., BSc

Jordyn has been working with youth for over 10 years in a variety of settings including classrooms, client homes, and in the community. She has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University and is currently enrolled in a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Jordyn is excited with ABA and the fact she is able to work with curious minds, while encouraging a safe and fun environment.

Amber D., BA, ABS

Amber graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Disability Studies and Childhood and Social Institutions from Western University. She then went on to complete the Autism and Behavioural Science program in 2020. Amber has a passion for helping individuals develop new skills. Learning is unique for each individual and Amber loves being a part of creating an environment that best supports each clients learning.

Stanislav K., BSW

Stanislav has over four years of experience in supporting children with special needs. Stanislav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and has successfully completed a verified course sequence in Applied Behavior Analysis. He is proud to be a certified BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). Stanislav finds immense joy in assisting his clients in achieving their goals and conquering challenges. He takes great pride in celebrating their accomplishments.

Rachael C., BA, CYC

Since childhood, Rachael’s mission has been crystal clear: to empower young individuals through genuine connections and skill development tailored to their unique strengths. With a Criminology degree and a background in Child and Youth Care, Rachael brings experience as a Skills Facilitator for a school board team, where she contributed to the growth of social and emotional skills and promoted inclusivity in elementary classrooms. Since working with Looking Ahead Clinical Services in 2020, Rachael has made it her top priority to ensure all sessions are engaging, meaningful, and fun for all clients!

Jasmine C., BA

Jasmine graduated from King’s University College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Studies and Childhood and Social Institutions; she has been dedicated to the field of ABA since 2022. She compassionately tries to meet individual goals and needs by fostering a positive environment and empowering clients to thrive. Jasmine genuinely cares and works to create a safe and enjoyable space for everyone Jasmine.

Sydney H., BA

Sydney has a background in Psychology and Disability Studies, as well as Brain Disorder Management and being a certified practitioner of Multi-sensory environments. She has had the opportunity to work with children and adults in a variety of settings, such as camps, daycares and educational facilities. She has always felt passionately about creating meaningful experiences with each learner and loves catering the environment to the learner to help them thrive and learn.

Addis G., ECE ABS

Addis has a background in Early Childhood Education as well as Autism and Behavioural Science studies. She has had experience working in educational settings assisting with physical, behavioural, and academic exceptionalities. Addis is passionate about creating an inclusive environment for learners to succeed in meeting their goals, and learning new skills.

Yuan, M Ed, ABS

Yuan holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioral Science and a Master’s degree in Education. She has many years of experience working with children with special needs in clinics, schools, and childcare centers. She is fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean, and is passionate about supporting families from various cultural backgrounds to reach their full potential with patience and responsibility.

Gus D., ABS, SSW

Gus began his professional journey in education with a college program in Early Childhood Care and Development, and has also completed studies in Autism and Behavioural Science and Social Service Worker. He has experience working with individuals in different age groups, primarily children, supporting them in learning and gaining independence. Gus focuses on tailored approaches for individuals to promote development and participation in the community.

Asma M., BA

Asma has a background in Psychology with experience in youth welfare, mental health, and educational equity. She has worked across diverse settings, supporting children through youth empowerment initiatives, research, child welfare centers, daycare and educational programs. With experience spanning 3+ countries, her work reflects a broad and inclusive perspective. Driven by a deep commitment to fostering growth and meaningful learning, Asma strives to cultivate environments where every individual feels valued.

Sofi K., BA

Sofi has a background in psychology and experience working with individuals with brain injuries, providing behavioral support and skill development. She has worked in various settings, helping clients build independence and confidence through structured, individualized approaches. She is committed to fostering positive learning experiences and creating supportive environments where each person can reach their full potential.

Rachel L., CYW, ABS

Rachael has a background in Child and Youth Work and has completed two post-graduate certificates in Mental Health and Disability Management and Autism and Behavioural Science. Rachael has worked in a school setting for a number of years providing behavioural and educational support to students in special education programs. She takes pride in building positive relationships with each client and creating an inclusive space where they always feel welcomed and accepted.

Madison K.
